1.创设情景,利用对话、表演等方式巩固half a kilo of , two kilos of等计量单位的英语表达法。

2.利用调查等方法来激发学生的学习兴趣。

3.用任务型教学的手段来巩固课堂教学。

六、教学过程

Step1热身复习,导入新课

1. Warm up. Revise the following dialogue between the teacher and the students:

 Excuse me, may I borrow your pen?  Certainly, here you are./ Sorry, mine is at home.

   2. Show the pictures of food to the whole class and ask them “What is this?”以复习potatoes, tomatoes, bread, eggs, milk, apples, oranges等食物的名称,同时教授课文中出现的chicken, tofu, fish等新的食品名称。

   3. Show a picture of an empty fridge to the whole class and ask the students to practise the following dialogue.

  Is there any chicken in the fridge?     Yes, there is.

  Are there any apples in the fridge?     No, there aren’t.

 通过此种对话的操练以加深学生们对食品名称的印象,同时以此为平台,教授学生如何使用half a kilo of , two kilos of, four bottles of 等英语计量单位。

  Then the teacher says,

  Oh, we don’t have many things in the fridge. We want to buy the food. OK, first let’s make a shopping liest.

  然后教师与学生们一起模仿113课第二部分的格式制定一份购物单。

Step2 师生互动,逐步深入

SB Part 2 处理

Ask the whole class to listen to the tape of Part 2 in Lesson 113. Then ask them to say after the tape or read it after the teacher.

SB Part 1 对话处理

1. SB Page 61, Part 1. Books closed. Ask “Why does Tom go shopping?” and play the tape. Then check the answer. ( There is only a little bread.).

2. Books open. Play the tape again. Ask the whole class to listen and repeat.

3. Make the students do the Exercise 1 to check the students’ comprehension. Then check the answers.

4. Make the students practise this dialogue in pairs. Then divide the whole class into groups of three and ask some groups to act them out.

Step3 巩固拓展,达标反馈

1.Play a memory game. Ask the students to say like this.

A: We are going shopping and we want to buy some apples.

B: We are going shopping and we want to buy some apples and oranges.

C: We are going shopping and we want to buy some apples, oranges and bread.

(这样依次类推,每一个学生除了说出前一个学生所说过的食品外,还必须再添加一个。)

2. Make a shopping list. Ask the students to practise in groups and finish the following form.

3. Work in class. Finish some exercises about this lesson.
