一、教学目标和要求
1. 知识目标
学习并掌握下列新单词和词组:

2. 能力目标:
学生阅读和知识自学的综合能力,让学生能够自己建构知识的体系,在复习中掌握新的知识,“温故而知新”。
3. 情感目标:To encourage the students to work together and solve the problems.
二、教学的重点和难点:
故事的继续发展,但仍没有结束。要求学生根据不断出现的新情况,作出积极的反应。
三、教学方法:
不断地设计新的task,创设合理的情景,在任务活动中运用所学的语言来完成交际项目。
四、教具:computer paper the VCD of the lesson from “Golden Disk”
五、教学过程:
Step1 Leading-in 创设情景,激发兴趣
1. See the film and get the Ss to retell the story in this unit.
2. T: What did the children lose on the island?
3. Topic: Do you think the children will get the picnic basket back?(Why or why not?)
Step2 Pre-task 激活思维,迁移知识
1. SB Page 24, Part1.
T: Look at the picture, Who has the basket?
How did the children get the basket back?
2. Teach the new words: as eat up
3. SB page 24, Part 2. Listening text. Listen to the tape and find the right answers.
Workbook Lesson76, Ex2.
4. Listen to the tape again and retell the end of the story:
The children brought the boat from the sea to keep it safe, but the monkeys took it away. When the children found the boat, it was in the sea. Because the boat was not far from the island, they swam to it and pulled it back to land. There was a little monkey in the boat, it ran away as soon as the boat was back to the island. What an exciting trip it is!
Step3 While-task 巩固拓展,达标反馈
1. Reading text
T: I will read a passage for you. Listen carefully and draw a picture about it. (twice or three times)
Now, please take out a pencil and a piece of paper. Draw a map of an island. The island is called Monkey Island. Now draw a big circle in the middle of the paper. That is the island. In the north of the island there are three big trees. Draw a small circle for each tree. In the middle of the island there is a hill. Draw a circle for the hill. In the south of the island there is a house.
There is a small river on the island. The river starts from the hill. It goes to the east to the sea. In the west of the island there are some banana trees.
2. Get the Ss to discuss the questions in Part 4.
3. Have the Ss write a report about their last school trip.
4. Play the tape and let the Ss listen and repeat the rhythm.
Make sure they model the tape exactly.

Tell the differences between take and bring again.
6. Fill in the blanks with bring, take, listen to, hear, look(at) or see.
