一、教学目标和要求
1. 知识目标
A. 学习并掌握下列新单词和词组:
anywhere solve believe everybody too … to … sooner or later
B. Using indefinite pronouns/adverbers.
Positive Something/somebody is there.
Negative I can’t hear anything / anybody.
Question Can you hear anything / anybody?
2. 能力目标:Enable the students to grasp the usage of indefinite pronouns.
3. 情感目标:Help each other, to be brave enough to face the danger or problem.
二、教学的重点和难点:
Indefinite pronouns: anything / something / nothing / everything, nobody / anybody / somebody / everybody/ anyone / someone / everyone, anywhere / somewhere / everywhere
三、教学方法:
1. 生合作,生生合作,利用对话、表演等方式巩固知识点;
2. 创设情景,增加趣味性,增强学生想说的欲望。
四、教具:VCD about animals
五、教学过程:
Step1 Leading-in 创设情景,激发兴趣
1. See the films about the animals.
2. T: What can you see in the film? What animal do you like best? Why do you like it? etc.
3. Call two or three students to talk about the text learned in the last period, using their own words.
Step2 Pre-task 激活思维,迁移知识
1. Help the students to use their imagination to think: What happened to the children’s picnic basket? Are they alone on the island?
2. Ask the students to talk about the picture at the top of page 23.
3. Dialogue practise
1). Play the tape for the dialogue and ask the students to repeat each sentence they hear.
2). Ask the Ss to read the dialogue after the tape.
3). Pair work: Ask the Ss to work in pairs and make dialogues with the given words in the box.
4). Point out anything /something /nobody /somebody, ask the Ss to find out how to use them.
选用不定代词/副词:
something, anything, nothing, somebody, anybody,
nobody, everybody, somewhere, anywhere, everything
1. Look! ______ is playing football on the playground.
2. We must keep ______ in the room clean.
3. ---Would you like _______to eat? --- Yes, please.

4. Help the Ss to make sentences with the indefinite pronouns.
5. Ask the Ss to recite the dialogue in pairs.
Step3 While-task 巩固拓展,达标反馈
1. Puzzle dialogue: Ask the students to finish the puzzle dialogues exercises by themselves.
2. Teaching language points

3. Read and say
1). Play the tape and ask the students to repeat each sentence they hear.
2). T: suppose you were the people in the picture at the bottom of Page23 and make a dialogue.
Step4 Check 布置作业,提升任务
1. Finish off the Exercises in the workbook, Lesson 75.
2. Make a dialogue, using the affirmative, interrogative and negative forms of indefinite pronouns.
