  Teaching methods

  创造情景,练习本课核心教学内容:Let me help you

  Could you help meplease?结合本课CD片、录像带,让学生两人一组表演对话,也可以将文中的物品改为其他物品,练习对话。

  录音机、录音带、教学片(录像带)、一个大盒子、幻灯片。

  Teaching procedures

  Step 1 Revision

  2Free talks.检查口头作业,65课课后练习3自编的对话。

  Step 2 Presentation

  Is this box big or small? Is it heavy or light? Is it full or empty? 借助实物以及表情教heavy, light, fall , empty.教给学生This is a big box. It’s empty.形容词修饰单数名词时,形容词前有“a”.如果没有名词,形容词前不要加“a”,例如:It’s a big是错误的。

  Step 3 Practice

  让学生像这样练习对话(可以先找一个同学和你做)

  T: Could you help me, please?

  S: Certainly! Let me help you. What’s wrong?

  T: Could you close the door, please?

  S: OK.

  T: Thank you.

  S: You’re welcome.

  Step 4 Presentation

  1.复习句型Could you help me, please?学生答Certainly!接着问 Could you open the door/window?

  2.教学Let me help you.这一句型。

  Step 5 Read and say

  1.看录像带,注意人物的表情、动作。

  2.放录音,让学生听并跟读。教师解释知识点(板书)

  I want to take some books to the classroom. 举例:

  We want to play football.

  He wants to see Uncle Wang.

  Want to do sth.

  take. . .to. . .

  Please take these desks to the room.

  put... in...

  Put these apples in the basket, please.

  3.让学生两人一组练习,并模仿对话。

  Step 6 Drill

  让学生两人一组表演对话,将句中的书换成其他物品。

  Step 7 Listen and answer

  放录音带以前,让学生通读练习册练习1中的问题。放两遍,让学生找出答案,和学生一起检查答案。

  Step 8 Consolidation

  完成下列对话。(出示幻灯片)

  王老师要把自己的书桌搬到卧室里,他请李磊帮忙。

  Mr. Wang: Hello, Li Lei. Could you ________ ________, please?

  Li Lei: Certainly!

  Mr. Wang: I ________ to _______ my ________ ________ my room. Can you ________ it?

  Li Lei: Let me _________. Oh, it’s ________ ________. I ________ ________ it.

  Mr. Wang: Don’t worry. Let ________ ________ you.

  让学生口头说出答案,然后练习。

  Do Ex2让学生快速阅读对话并填空,让几个同学说出答案,全班检查。
