　　1.Page 70, Part1. Let the Ss go through it and work in pairs or small groups. Tell them to write one word in each gap.

　　2. Read the information about the USA today on page 70 and tell whether the following sentences are true（√）or false（×）.

　　1．It is standard practice for men to carry a gun in a gun belt.

　　2．When it is warm, many people prefer to have outdoor meals.

　　3．Rich people live in flats in high-rise blocks in cities. Poor people live in houses outside the towns.
