Warm up. Ask the students on duty to make a report about his favourite food. 2. Using the food (or pictures) revise “How many … … are there?” Then ask “ Are there any bananas?” Get the students to say “ Yes, there are. No, there aren’t any.” 3. Revise the use of uncountable nouns like “ rice, meat, bread, water, tea” and so on. For example: Is there any rice? A bag of rice. Then ask the students to practise in pairs, and act it out. Step2 师生互动,逐步深入 SB Part 1 对话处理 1. Books closed. Ask “What would the twins like?” Play the tape. Check the answer. ( a glass of orange juice and some Chinese tea) 2. Then books open. Play the tape again. Ask the students to listen and repeat. 3. Ask the students to practise the dialogue in pairs and then ask them to act it out in front of the class. SB Part 2 对话处理 1. Books open. Ask the students to listen to the tape and answer “Who is Peggy talking with?”(Peggy is talking with Jimmy and Vicky.) 2.Give every student a chart and then listen to the tape again. After listening to the tape, ask the class to finish the chart. What do they have for breakfast? What are their favourie sports?
3.Listen to the tape again. And ask the whole class to repeat. 4.Make the students practise the dialogue in groups and then ask them to act the dialogue out in front of the whole class. Step3 巩固拓展,达标反馈 1.Make an interview with the following questions and finish the chart. What do you eat for breakfast? What do you drink at breakfast? What is your favourite sport?
Then ask the students to make a report according to the interview. For example: Lucy has some pieces of bread and some bananas. She drinks some Chinese tea and a glass of milk. Swimming is her favourite sport. She is good at swimming. She thinks it is easy. 2. Work in class. Finish some exercises about this lesson. 用所给单词的适当形式填空。 1.
