●Step 1 Revision
复习第23单元的对话。
●Step 2 Presentation
1．打开动画《countries.swf》中的name，指着世界地图上的国家和城市名称进行教学，教学有关于国家和城市的新单词。然后让学生跟读新单词
2．让播放动画《the days of the week.swf》中Dialogue 1, 学生把书合上，向他们问问题：
Where's he from? Where's she from? Where are they from? 并核对答案, 然后放Dialogue 2。
3. 通过向一些学生提问Where are you from？的方式，让他们练习说国家名称。然后问全班Where’s he／she from？What about him／her？并提醒学生注意about后面的代词的用法。
●Step 4 Presentation
向学生谈谈你自己的一些情况，自我介绍说I’m from Beijing（等等）播放动画《countries.swf》中的song, 然后提问学生 Where are you from？What about yon？帮助他们回答出自己家乡的地名。
●Step 5 Practice
让学生听第三部分录音并跟着读，然后让他们两人一组练习对话，再以四人为一小组介绍他们自己。再放一遍录音并让学生跟着读。给学生指出We like it very much. 中it的用法.
播放《countries.swf》中的pictures, 让学生看图听音完成课件中的练习。
●Step 6 Consolidation
让学生以两人为一小组，按照课文的对话进行表演。教师可以按照实际情况做一些改动．
●Step 7 Summary
让学生看书，然后总结出What about…的用法以及How do you like China？和What do you like about China？的区别。
●Step 8 Workbook
1．Do Ex．1 学生可以在课堂上完成，答案应跟自己的实际情况相符。
2．Do Ex．2．
●Step 9 Homework
完成练习册中的练习。
